Dear Neighbors,
There is a lot coming up, most importantly our Board meeting this month. Please read all announcements below.
1. BULKY COLLECTION is the week of January 20th. Please remember that the City is now driving around the week prior to inspect piles. You will receive a citation if you have unauthorized items mixed in. Go to the website and verify what you can/cannot put out:

2. RECYCLE COLLECTION HOLIDAY will be on Monday, January 20th. Our recycle pickup that week will be on TUESDAY, January 21st.
3. LADIES COFFEE for JANUARY will be held on Saturday, January 25th, 10:00am – 1200pm. Jo Barry will host this in her home, 4915 Belle Ellen. Signs will be posted.
4. BOARD MEETING for THURSDAY, JANUARY 23rd, 7:15pm at the clubhouse. As you know all Board meetings are open to the neighborhood.
The driveway situation from the office building at Babcock onto West Beverly Mae is not over. The developer working on that project has requested to meet with us. I have given them the date of our Board meeting and I am waiting for a confirmation. Once they confirm or respond with a different day I will send another notice out to the neighborhood and post signs the week of the meeting. Let’s show our concern and neighborhood support by having a good turnout!
5. Soon you will receive notice for your 2014 neighborhood association DUES. Although we are working towards our goal of removing the clubhouse for a new resource center, the dues you pay support the events throughout the year and to pay utilities. Additionally, as a dues paying “household” you are able to vote on neighborhood issues. They are voluntary, $25. If you plan to attend the meeting on January 23rd you may bring your dues at that time.
