The Fourth of July once again proved to be one of our most popular events.
The parade got off to a slow start as the crowd waited for the Fire Department to arrive. When we learned that they had received an emergency call, we decided to start the parade without them. As luck would have it they were able to join us in mid-parade and tradition was restored.
Special thanks to all the folks who helped clean up the clubhouse lot, get the tables set up and prep all the food. Special thanks to Gib Grimmer for taking charge of the cooking effort.
