Children’s Easter Egg Hunt and Raffle
Start planning for the annual Easter Egg Hunt again. It will be at Chuck Campbell’s home at 4850 East Beverly Mae. All kids and parents, friends and other associates are very, very welcome! It’s always a good gathering and great fun to see the kids’ excitement as they hunt for eggs, not to mention the fun of feeding the ducks in the pond, the tug-of-war and the piñata bash.
Raffle Prizes – Come ready to WIN!
This year we will be hosting a raffle at the Easter Egg Hunt. We have some beautiful Easter baskets and a large stuffed rabbit to give away. Yes! He really is that big!! Tickets will be $1 for 1, $5 for 10 and $10 for 30. The more tickets you buy the better chance you have to win!!
As usual there’ll be a special space for toddlers to hunt for eggs separate from the area for older kids. Again there will be hot dogs on the grill and lots to eat and drink.
But a few requests — Chuck requests all hollow eggs (no colored, hard-boiled eggs — to avoid critters in his yard later!) no confetti-filled eggs and PLEASE don’t wear open-toed shoes as fire ants are always a problem in this part of Texas no matter how much you try to control them!
During the kids’ games, Chuck and his family serve hot dogs and sausage on the grill and provide refreshments for all. It’s a fun event for all ages.
