Neighborhood Yard Sale
Declutter, connect with neighbors, and keep every dollar you earn.
How it works
Dreamhill Estates is hosting a community yard sale and we want you to be part of it. Reserve a table, bring your items, and sell them yourself — all proceeds go directly to you. DENA handles the city permit, signage at all three Babcock entrances, and promotion on local yard sale apps so shoppers know to come to us.
All you need to do is show up, set up, and start selling.
Reserve a table
Limited availability — 12 standard 6-ft tables plus one larger outdoor table. Reserve early.
What DENA takes care of
- City yard sale permit — no need to handle this yourself
- Directional signage at all three Babcock entrances
- Promotion on neighborhood and local yard sale apps
- A change bank on-site in case you need to make change
- Parking and traffic assistance on clubhouse grounds
- An operations manager to keep things running smoothly
- Pricing guidance from Susie, Saturday morning from 8–9 am
What you’re responsible for
- Setting up and cleaning up your table area
- Bringing your own cash box or change for your sales
- Collecting your own money — all sales are yours to keep
- Accepting cash only (recommended to avoid scams)
Want to host your own sale that day?
If you’d like to hold a yard sale at your own home on April 25, you’re welcome to — you’ll just need to obtain your own city permit. Let us know if you plan to participate and we’ll include your address in our advertising, helping draw more shoppers into the whole neighborhood.
