Dear Neighbors,
This morning we had a meeting with Pablo Martinez, a supervisor at Development Services Department who is overseeing the driveway issue. It was held at the District 8 office with Eloy LaQue also present. Two important things came as a result. One is that DSD is looking at a past zoning issue before anything else occurs. Two is, because of their looking into this potential zoning issue, the building owner’s request for an amendment to the plat is on hold. More will be coming when we hear back.
