EASTER EGG HUNT

Just a reminder to everybody about this event coming up. Here are the specifics:
DATE: Saturday, April 4 th – No Rain Date
TIME: Starts at 10:00am, egg hunt is soon to follow **NEW START TIME**
PLACE: 4850 East Beverly Mae

THINGS TO KNOW:

1. If your children are going to participate, bring at least one dozen plastic (only) eggs per child over to Chuck’s house, preferably the Friday night before on April 3rd; or no later than 9:30 AM on Saturday so that there is time to hide the eggs.
2. Do “not” fill the eggs with confetti or bring any Cascarones.
3. Due to the possibility of fire ants and brush in general, we ask that everybody wear shoes that are not open toed, especially the children.

DUES NOTICE and NEW DIRECTORIES

You should have received your notification for DENA dues in the mail. As a dues paying household, it allows you to receive a new 2015 directory and to vote on neighborhood issues. The invoice mailed to your home had a return envelope enclosed. If you have misplaced that envelope, make your check payable to DENA and mail it to the DENA treasurer, Herb Rippa, 4903 Belle Ellen. New directories will get delivered to you once we receive your dues. You will have an opportunity to pay your dues at the Easter egg hunt as well and receive your new directory at that time.

On another note in relation to paying dues, if you want to give extra funds for the new Education Resource Center, you “must write a separate check!” This check needs to be made payable to DEERC. If you want to mail both checks to Herb Rippa, that is fine. Otherwise, mail your DEERC check to the DEERC treasurer, Judy McCarter, 6926 Dorothy Louise, 78229. We thank you for this donation.
