Just a reminder to everybody about this event coming up. Here are the specifics:
DATE: Saturday, April 4 th – No Rain Date
TIME: Starts at 10:00am, egg hunt is soon to follow **NEW START TIME**
PLACE: 4850 East Beverly Mae
THINGS TO KNOW:
1. If your children are going to participate, bring at least one dozen plastic (only) eggs per child over to Chuck’s house (4850 EBM), preferably the Friday night before on April 3rd; or no later than 9:30 AM on Saturday so that there is time to hide the eggs.
2. Do “not” fill the eggs with confetti or bring any Cascarones.
3. Due to the possibility of fire ants and brush in general, we ask that everybody wear shoes that are not open toed, especially the children.
Will there be any animals like in the past (ie burros, ponies, bunnies, chicks). Also can the kids fish in the pond? And lastly, will there be hotdogs/snacks?
I’ve got my eggs ready and will drop them off Friday unless you are taking them before. Thanks!!
Yes there will be animals. I know the horse rides are planned…I’m not sure about the availability of smaller animals this year or the fishing. There will be the usual array of snacks!! Hope to see you there.
