Around this time each year we ask that all Dreamhill Estates neighbors pay dues to assist in expenses for the utilities and maintenance of the clubhouse. Additionally, your annual dues contribute to some of the really fun community functions we have all grown to enjoy such as the Easter egg hunt, the July 4 cookout, national night out, and the holiday party — all great opportunity’s to get to know your neighbors. This year we have a new directory. All dues paying households will receive one.
The dues are voluntary and remain a great bargain at $25.00 per year.

In addition to the dues, if you want to donate funds towards the new education resource center please do not include that amount in the dues check. Donations toward the new education resource center should be made payable to DEERC via a separate check.
